As it is is a study of the lay practice of Vipassana meditation, the ancient secular technique of observing reality as it really is, which has its roots in the teachings of Buddha. The study documents students of this technique meditating in their homes and workspaces. It demonstrates, quite literally, how people fit this daily practice into their lives.
